Dr. Natalie Fox, director of nursing and a pediatric nurse practitioner with USA Physicians Group, recently was named assistant administrator and chief nursing officer for USA Physicians Group.
As she transitions to her new role, Dr. Fox is spearheading the quality initiatives for USA Physicians Group that focus on improving population health outreach and reducing barriers to patient access.
She will also be leading the team-based care approaches at USA Physicians Group. She will continue to see patients in the department of pediatrics.
"I am excited about this new opportunity as I continue to help our organization use data-driven approaches transform our clinical practice teams to value-based care models of service” she said.
Dr. Fox, who joined USA Health in 2011, earned her doctorate degree in nursing from USA in 2017. She also earned both her Master of Nursing in Pediatrics and Bachelor of Nursing from USA. She maintains adjunct faculty appointments at the USA College of Nursing and the USA College of Medicine.
She is active in the Mobile community, serving as an AIDS South Alabama Advisory Board Member and USA College of Nursing Alumni Board Member. She is also part of the Leadership Mobile Class of 2019, as well as the Mobile Bay Monthly’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2017.
