Med School Café - Expert Advice for the Community


This week, Dr. Daniel Dees, assistant professor of neurology at the USA College of Medicine, presented the August Med School Café lecture.

The lecture, “Parkinson’s Disease, Tremors, and Other Common Movement Disorders in the Adult Population,” had a total of 95 attendees.

During the talk, Dr. Dees discussed Parkinson’s Disease, a disorder of the brain that leads to shaking and difficulty with walking, movement, and coordination.

The next Med School Café lecture will feature Dr. Albert Pearsall, professor of orthopaedics at USA. The event will take place Sept. 19, 2012.
