Register now for Crucial Conversations training

The Office of Faculty Affairs and Faculty Development will host Crucial Conversations training Sept. 25-26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Student Center Terrace Room. Lunch will be provided, and space is limited.

This free course will equip participants with the skills needed to navigate high-stakes discussions with confidence and clarity. Whether it's addressing sensitive issues with colleagues, resolving conflicts, or having difficult conversations with managers, Crucial Conversations training will empower participants to communicate persuasively while maintaining positive relationships.

Participants will gain:

  • Enhanced communication: Techniques to express their viewpoints clearly and respectfully.
  • Effective conflict resolution: Tools to turn disagreements into productive dialogue.
